Rates
$175/45 minute – Individual session
$325/55 minute – Conjoint/Couples and/or Family sessions.
Insurance
I do not accept any health insurance. I will provide a monthly statement that describes the psychotherapy services patient has received. This receipt may be submitted to patient’s health insurance provider if necessary. There is no assurance that patient will receive any reimbursement. Please check the terms of your coverage as many insurance plans do not cover mental health services unless the providers are part of that health care plan.
Patient is responsible for full fee.
Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
Payment
I accept debit and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
Patient must cancel/reschedule an appointment by telephone, twenty-four (24) hours in advance or be charged the regular fee. Patient will also be held responsible for the fee if patient does not appear for an appointment.
